Why The Bachelor Franchise is close to ending….

The ending of the Bachelor Series 2010

If you are wondering why I am not spontaneously writing my updates on this season’s The Bachelor, I’m just sooo uninspired by the scandal thing and how we are so aware that this is indeed just a TV show. I’m not sure when I personally forgot along the way that ABC’s The Bachelor/Bachelorette series was just that: scripted television with unknowns that are making a name for themselves, or just looking for an amazing experience.

After the ‘Rozylyn scandal’ and the fact that Reality Steve has already predicted the show in it’s interity, I am sure this show cannot endure the sort of mishap so early on. Never before has anyone known so much and it makes you wonder, which gaffer is receiving a cut from Reality Steve’s advertising venture on his own blog site (a gaffer is a behind the scenes guy in the production crew).

I must admit I am quite shocked by his final chosen one–Vienna, but then again, I was always rooting for Kiptyn Locke, a locall San Diegan to be the Next Bachelor.

We will see over the next few weeks how the numbers add up, if there is any law suits of any kind and who will exactly win at the the end of th season. What we do know is it’s definitely NOT the fans of the Bachelor season.

Just when I had found another fun intertaining series, I had to be reminded of the it’s only television after all. I must say I miss Jillian and all of her sexy men, and Jason Mesnick and his group of women. A much classier casting, no offense to the women on this current show. They can’t help it that they might be the finally of the ending of THE BACHELOR SERIES.

I don’t think Mike Fleiss will be happy with his final numbers in ratings. And, after watching what Conan O’Brian has had to endure at NBC, we can only surmise that this, too, could happen to The Bachelor if the ratings take a nose dive, due to the oversaturated scandal, know-all ending issues already plaguing this top notch Reality Series.

Recap on last Night’s Bachelor

Can I just say, “What’s up with the music this season??” The music over-road the drama and the little bits of fun things happening last night. Jake, I might be taking a new opinion on you. You actually seemed rather sincere. I just never liked how you sold out Wes, even though he ended up being the snake in the grass we thought he was. I dislike how they are making Michelle look crazy. I hate how it was obvious how Jake was reading the names of the girls from a cue card stuck somewhere on their rose.

My favorite girl has to be The first impression rose girl. Her name slips my mind at this minute, however, I am sure I will soon learn it, because it’s obvious from the promos she makes it close to the end…Can you say perfect match? Those two, both so sweet and they even look alike.

Thought Jillian and Ed rocked as a couple. Loved Jillian’s dress. Nothing like upstaging 24 gorgeous women Jillian. Way to steal the show with your fabulous outfit, gorgeous hair and perky self. Do you remember he won her first impression rose? Can you say, Ed!
If that is any indication of how this next season will be looking, I will definitely enjoy this season as this girl tries to make it to the end with a house full of women more cut throat than a pack of pirates lost at sea fighting that last orange rolling overboard….
I know a bit much with the last sentence, but those girls are frightenly out for Jake or their spot as the next Bachelorette.

Cheers to classic melodrama on a Monday Night. I love “Marry Me Mondays” on ABC.

Jake is the Bachelor

Jake is the Bachelor

Do’t miss the first episode of this year’s ABC’s Bachelor. I will be covering this season once again. So stay tuned for some inside gossip on one of my LEAST FAVORITE bachelor’s of ABC. Even the commercials were over the top, cheesy, and extremely silly.
I’m counting on fabulous drama from the ladies hoping to win the rose. WE all know that’s why The Bachelor will always rank higher in ratings than it’s The Bachelorette. Let’s just hope Jake finds lift off power, and the decency to be kind to some women in search of love…or is it fame? We will see. Look forward to your comments and thoughts throughout the season.
